Shipping policy

Every limited edition on michaelgodard.com is produced to order by our own studio, Max Art Productions, and ships from Henderson, Nevada. Because each piece is made after you order it, please allow 5 to 10 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it leaves the studio.

Shipping is calculated at checkout by carrier, based on the size and weight of your piece and your delivery address, so the rate you see is the carrier's rate for that shipment. Canvas editions ship stretched; metal and mural editions ship flat in protective packaging. Every piece is packed by the studio that produced it.

We ship within the United States and to the international destinations offered at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country; those charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping rate at checkout.

Merchandise such as furniture, clocks and lighting may ship separately and arrive in more than one box; the carrier rate for those items is shown at checkout in the same way.

If a piece arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the piece before unpacking further and contact us within 10 business days at cs@michaelgodard.com. We will arrange a replacement or a repair, and we handle the carrier claim.
